1. Definitions
“Unblocked Profile” refers to our Blockchain DWeb template system that showcases content via NFTs and ENS/IPFS integration.

“User” or “you” means any person or entity accessing, configuring, or displaying content through Unblocked Profile.

“Content” means NFTs, media, posts, banners, text records, metadata, and any information you choose to publish.

“ENS” means Ethereum Name Service; “IPFS” means InterPlanetary File System; “EFP” means Ethereum Follow Protocol.

“Template” refers to our front-end reader that organizes and renders your on-chain/off-chain data.

2. User-Generated Content & Responsibility
Unblocked Profile is a neutral software layer. You mint, store, and publish your own Content. We do not curate, moderate, or approve Content. By using the Template, you acknowledge you are solely responsible for:

All Content you mint, publish, or link to via ENS/IPFS;
Accuracy, legality, and rights clearance for any Content;
Any consequences, disputes, claims, or damages arising from your Content or conduct.
Irreversibility: Blockchain entries are permanent. Once minted or referenced, Content cannot be removed by Unblocked Profile.
3. Blockchain Immutability & Censorship Resistance
Your profile is composed of decentralized references (ENS content hash, IPFS CIDs, smart contracts). The Template only reads and displays this data. We do not have the ability to edit, hide, or delete your profile or NFTs.

Immutable: On-chain records cannot be altered by Unblocked Profile.
Decentralized: Content is not hosted on a single server we control.
Censorship-resistant: No centralized authority can remove your on-chain Content.
4. Safety, Conduct & Risk
You agree to use the Template responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Illegal content, intellectual property infringement, defamation, doxxing;
Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, or deceptive practices;
Phishing, malware, scam links, or attempts to compromise wallets or keys;
Posting content you lack rights to use or that violates applicable laws.
We do not mediate user disputes and we do not provide takedown capabilities for on-chain data.

5. Ownership, Control & Licensing
You mint Content from your wallet and retain ownership subject to any third-party rights. Unblocked Profile claims no ownership over your NFTs, ENS name, or IPFS assets.

By rendering your profile through the Template, you grant Unblocked Profile a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your publicly accessible Content as technically needed to operate, cache, or optimize the reader experience.

We do not charge platform fees, take custody of assets, or sell your data.

6. Social Features (EFP Follow System)
Unblocked Profile may integrate with the Ethereum Follow Protocol (EFP) to enable verifiable, portable on-chain “follow” relationships. You acknowledge that:

Follow actions may create on-chain records discoverable by third parties;
Your social graph is stored on-chain and portable beyond our Template;
Gas fees or protocol fees (if any) are your responsibility.
Social features are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued without notice.

7. Wallets, Keys & Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrases, and private keys. We will never request your seed phrase.

Use reputable wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect-compatible apps);
Verify contracts and CIDs before signing;
Beware of permissions, approvals, and “infinite” allowances.
No Recovery: If you lose access to your wallet or ENS, Unblocked Profile cannot recover them.
8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
AS IS / AS AVAILABLE: The Template and any integrations (ENS, IPFS, EFP, APIs) are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unblocked Profile, its creators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of assets, data, profits, reputation; or security incidents, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unblocked Profile and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Template, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Compliance, Prohibited Uses & Age
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including IP, privacy, consumer protection, financial, and export controls. You may not use the Template where prohibited by law.

Prohibited Uses: Illegal activities, sanctions evasion, child exploitation, and any content violating rights or safety.
Age: You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use crypto features.
11. Changes, Availability & Support
We may update these Terms, the Template, or integrations at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes. Availability may be affected by third-party networks (ENS, IPFS, EFP, RPC providers, APIs).

12. Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court of that jurisdiction or via mutually agreed arbitration.

1. Responsibility & User-Generated Content
Unblocked Profile is a decentralized, blockchain-based profile system that allows users to create, mint, and showcase their own content using NFTs. All content displayed through a user’s profile is minted and published by the user alone. Unblocked Profile does not curate, control, or moderate the content users choose to share.

By using this system, you agree that you are solely responsible for all actions and consequences resulting from the content you mint and display on your profile. Unblocked Profile is not liable for any damages, disputes, reputational outcomes, or legal consequences resulting from your content or behavior.

You use this platform at your own risk. Use common sense. Respect others. Never post harmful, illegal, or offensive material. Blockchain is permanent—once content is minted, it cannot be removed or modified by Unblocked Profile or anyone else.

2. Blockchain Immutability & Censorship Resistance
Unblocked Profile is built on blockchain technology, which ensures that your data:

Is immutable (cannot be altered once written),
Is decentralized (not stored on any single server),
And is censorship-resistant (no authority can remove your content).
Your profile is hosted through IPFS and linked directly to your ENS (.eth) name. This means that only you control what is posted, stored, and shown. Unblocked Profile simply provides a visual template system to read and display this data. We do not have access to edit, hide, or delete any part of your profile or your NFTs.

3. Safety, Conduct & Risk
While blockchain technology is secure, you are still responsible for your behavior and interactions while using this platform. This includes:

Engaging respectfully with others,
Avoiding hate speech, harassment, or manipulation,
Being cautious of phishing, scams, or fraudulent links,
Ensuring the legality of content you post.
Unblocked Profile is not a mediator or enforcement agent. We will not intervene in user disputes. You are the sole owner of your profile, NFTs, and content, and you assume full accountability for everything you publish.

4. Ownership & Control
All data posted through your Unblocked Profile is:

Minted by you, through your own crypto wallet,
Owned by you, stored under your wallet and ENS,
And visible to the public, based on what you choose to display.
Unblocked Profile does not claim any rights or ownership over your content, NFTs, or ENS name. We do not charge platform fees, hold custody of your data, or track your usage.

5. Limitation of Liability
Unblocked Profile, its creators, contributors, and partners shall not be liable for any:

Loss of assets or NFTs,
Legal outcomes due to content shared,
Reputational harm,
Or misuse of the platform by third parties.
By continuing to use this platform, you agree that Unblocked Profile is a neutral software provider. We cannot be held accountable for the outcomes of your decisions, interactions, or content sharing.
